Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Digital Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. This role is based in the office in Milan, Italy.
In charge of the B2B e-commerce platform and Explora Journeys’ Guest Area, the Digital Product Specialist will:
•Document product features and create user stories;
•Assist in the creation and maintenance of products roadmaps;
•Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product specifications;
•Communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders;
•Support the testing and release processes for new product updates;
•Monitor product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
•You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry;
•You set yourself apart through your personal accountability to deliver with excellence;
•You are structured, well organized and know how to navigate in a matrix organisation;
•Strong knowledge on the Digital projects lifecycle, particularly on complex or highly technical products;
•You are a fast learner and tech savvy•Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
