For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Team Lead Requirements Engineering 80-100% (all genders).In this role, your responsibilities would include: You lead the Requirements Engineering Team: develop individual team members; foster a positive team-spirit, align organization and stakeholders; continuously develop and optimize the RE processes and toolsYou contribute as Requirements Engineer in development projects You are in charge of requirements elicitation, structuring and documentation, in order to translate product ideas into clear SW & HW requirements that are the basis for implementation, testing and documentationFurthermore, you will ensure efficient and effective collaboration as well as know-how transfer between different Product Groups, Product Managers and R&DThe implementation of best practices and the moderation of workshops and reviews belong also to your area of responsibilityYou visualize concepts and ideas, and develop the basis for decision-making
