As part of an ambitious new initiative, we are seeking a Senior AI Consultant with expertise in Azure AI Studio and Azure Machine Learning Studio to design, develop, and deploy generative AI and machine learning solutions that will optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• 🧠 Generative AI Development: Design and integrate AI agents using Azure AI Studio for enterprise environments.
• 🤖 Intelligent Agent Creation: Develop AI-powered intelligent agents to automate and optimize business processes.
• 🎯 Model Fine-tuning: Customize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT-based models) for enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• 🛡️ Secure & Scalable Deployment: Deploy secure and scalable AI applications compliant with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• 🔗 System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and Azure cloud services.
• ⚖️ Responsible AI Governance: Ensure strict adherence to ethical AI practices and industry best standards.

Machine Learning Solution Development

• 🔍 ML Model Design & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize ML models using Azure Machine Learning Studio.
• 🔄 Full-Cycle ML Development: Oversee the ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• ☁️ Cloud Integration: Integrate ML models with Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, and other Azure services for seamless workflows.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Educational Background: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 🏆 Experience: 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying AI and ML solutions, particularly on Azure.
• 💡 Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Studio and Azure Machine Learning Studio.
• Strong proficiency in generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and AI agent development.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud integration.
• 🌐 Soft Skills:
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to defend ideas confidently to executive leadership.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive and autonomous work approach.
• Proven communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
