You will lead our HR, People Operations Team, and be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle. How you can make an impact
- Oversee a larger HR operations team which is managing key HR processes and providing basic employee advisory and support for approx. 2’700 employees in Switzerland
- Ensure HR data integrity and quality across key HR administrative services
- Drive and facilitate change to improve the stability, reliability, and scalability of HR operations.
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 15 HR professionals across Zurich and Geneva.
- Manage vendor and relationship management for aligned service providers near- and offshore.
- Manage internal and external (e.g. insurance providers, Swiss cantonal authorities, etc.) stakeholders’ relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, payroll services, learning & development, and talent acquisition to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum seven years of HR experience in Switzerland and in a fast-paced environment (preferably in the professional services industry).
- Minimum of five years of experience in team leadership and people development.
- Thorough knowledge of HR technical infrastructure (ideally SAP), Swiss labour law, applicable policies, and procedures.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations, with a track record of simplifying processes and increasing consistency of services.
- A proactive leader who is insightful, thinks out-of-the-box, and is result-oriented.
- Great team player with the ability to contribute through collaboration and create the most effective solutions for business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to review and solve complex problems while considering the bigger picture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German; additional language like French is a plus.
