What will you do around here?
- Take Responsibility for the entire recruitment process for the assigned positions, from briefing to hiring
- Attract and nurture the world's best talent with focus on talent relationship management and conducting interviews
- Working closely with our line managers to feel their culture and needs, both socially and professionally
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice and advising them before, during and after the recruitment process
- Acting as a strategic partner and advisor regarding talent acquisition
- Your focus will be recruiting great people across roles, like Sales, Project Management, Customer Success, Marketing & Product
We'd love to chat with you if you have:
- 5+ years of recruitment or sales experience, in a fast-paced environment
- Industry-Knowledge in the global logistics industry is a BIG plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
- You are used to working under pressure and prioritize to succeed in an international and dynamic work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated
- Fluency in English. German, Portugese, Spanish or French are beneficial
