The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and based in Pratteln, Switzerland.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>As a key player in the transition to SAP S/4HANA, you will focus on aligning pricing strategies with corporate objectives and ensuring business readiness throughout the change process.</li></ul><p>Training and Support:</p><ul><li>Provide strategic support and training during the User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycle, ensuring the line organization is prepared and documenting results in SAP Solution Manager.</li></ul><p>Testing:</p><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end testing in pre-UAT phases, ensuring pricing processes meet business requirements. Address issues and escalate defects as necessary.</li></ul><p>Go-live Support:</p><ul><li>Actively support go-live activities, working with the business during parallel runs and hyper-care phases to ensure a smooth transition.</li></ul><p>Design Contribution:</p><ul><li>Collaborate on the design of pricing and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and corporate pricing strategies.</li></ul><p>Specification Writing:</p><ul><li>Draft fit-acceptance criteria, address gaps, and create lean specifications for future releases, following agile project methodologies.</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Representation:</p><ul><li>Serve as a key contact for business stakeholders, ensuring their interests are well-represented throughout the project.</li></ul><p>Change Management:</p><ul><li>Proactively support change management activities to ensure the organization is ready to adopt the new SAP S/4HANA processes.</li></ul><p><br/>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Strong experience in corporate pricing strategy and processes within a multinational organization, ideally in retail or wholesale.</li><li>Senior-level experience with SAP SD, particularly in pricing (condition technique) and/or billing (e-invoicing, archiving).</li><li>Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities, with the ability to train end-users in SAP.</li><li>Proficient in project and change management within an agile framework (Scrum).</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office, SAP Solution Manager, and JIRA is a plus.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li></ul><p>Purpose:<br/>As part of the Pricing & Invoicing (P&I) scrum team, your role is to transition from legacy pricing and invoicing processes to SAP S/4HANA.
