Are you ready to be the backbone of efficient and safe flight operations? The Flight Operations Agent activities involve, among others:
- Calculation and planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM
- Cargo unload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight
- Prepares flight relevant documents (declarations, permits, etc.)
- Issuance of load sheet and completion of Notoc
- Check of all ULD’s (Unit Load Devices) for airworthiness
- Responsibility for aircraft and ramp safety
- Keeps up-to-date with all developments & changes regarding new procedures
- Fully cooperates with LCAG management, Cargo/Operations and warehouse staff
- Assists the supervisor in the GHA’s (Ground Handling Agents) ground operations activities
- Supervises, motivates, encourages, guides and evaluates the staff
* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

- High school diploma/GED required
- 3-6 years of experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred (can be substituted for a combination of education and job experience)
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge of local custom regulations
- Clean driving license
- Must gain via training the license for weight and balance of LCAG aircraft
- Computer literate as user
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
- Must work shifts including holidays
