To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Lead Marketplace, 100% in Basel Headquarters as of 01.04.2025.

• You are responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations.
• You are the Team Lead for both the Content Specialist and the Technical Manager.
• You are in charge of the daily steering of operational partner performance.
• You coordinate marketing campaigns with the Digital department.
• You are responsible for internal excellence alongside CS and Logistics.
• You are the SPOC for financial topics (pay-in / pay-out / fraud).
• You drive business analyses and develop recommendations for improving turnover.

• You hold a degree in the field of e-commerce / IT / digital marketing.
• You have experience of e-commerce operations, ideally in the marketplace domain.
• You have experience using Mirakl and Hybris.
• You are a passionate individual who likes working in a start-up environment.
• You are fluent in English and German or French.
