- Assist our Head of IT in day-to-day business e.g. calendar management, coordination of any organizational tasks, travel planning, booking and expenses.
- Organize meetings, townhalls and smaller events
- Prepare, edit and finalize presentations, reports and other documents
- Record meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution
- Support in financial topics and monitor KPIs
- Responsible for the mobile phone contract management and related operational tasks
- Coordinate with other departments & business units as well as external partners

- Swiss commercial apprenticeship with Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Executive Assistance or similar
- 5 years of experience as an Assistant or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent business communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
- Experience in financial topics is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
- Record meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution
