The job in brief:

- Contract - Internship - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your learning opportunity will be:
You will have the chance to gain knowledge and support the Media Operations Team in the following activities:
- Manage set-up, monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting of direct and programmatic campaigns based on client’s KPIs
- Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and KPIs; provide detailed reports and analysis on campaign delivery and performance
- Gain insights on objectives, KPIs, strategies, audiences, to ensure tactical buys deliver against goals
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Provide support to sales/client teams to plan and execute campaigns
- Proactivity in following up on sales/client team requests with a key awareness of client KPIs and deadlines
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- English literate (both written and spoken)
- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel Skills and highly analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
Desirable:
- Previous experience in online advertising, digital media campaigns, programmatic advertising
- Previous experience in Campaign Management / Media Buying
- First knowledge of / willingness to learn about Google platforms (Google DV360, Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager)

Selection process steps*:
- HR interview (10-30 minutes)
- English written test step offline after the HR interview
- 1st interview with Manager (soft skills + technical knowledge) and Excel test online
- We might require a quick 2nd interview with the Director
- Offer extended
