Deine Aufgaben:
- Aktive und selbständige Abwicklung der Prozesse innerhalb des gesamten HR Life Cycles (insgesamt rund 270 Mitarbeitende)
- Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungspersonen in personal- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung
- Steuerung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Talentmanagement und Employer Branding
- Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur
Dein Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Vertiefung im Bereich HR, z.B. HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis
- Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung und im Bereich Sozialversicherungen ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
- ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenzen
- eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- IT-Affinität, sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Mirus Software- Kenntnisse von Vorteil
