About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
• Manage budgets, timelines, and potential risks
• Monitor project progress and report on performance
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
• Ensure projects align with overall business goals
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in project management (10+ years preferred), ideally in financial advisory and related sectors
• Solution-oriented & strong team player
• In-depth local knowledge of business practices, daily life, and cultural norms in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and Chinese (oral / written) is a must, and/or French, German highly desired
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Swiss Residency (minimum C permit)
• Experience working with Asian clients and a strong understanding of Asian business culture
• Driving licence
