We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of large-scale events, coordinating logistics, event setup, customer engagement, and technical operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience at each venue, overseeing all operational aspects to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Your Mission
- Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan that includes logistics, customs, permits, event schedules, and detailed timelines for each event.
- Coordinate on-site setup of production units, ensuring they are operational and ready for customer demonstrations while collaborating with technical operators for smooth execution.
- Oversee the logistics of moving production units and operators between locations, optimizing transport plans and resolving any logistics-related challenges.
- Ensure professional presentation of units during customer-facing demonstrations to effectively showcase our innovative production process to athletes and the running community.
- Manage regulatory compliance elements, including customs, taxes, and permits, to facilitate seamless cross-border movement of equipment and personnel.
- Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges swiftly to minimize disruptions to the program schedule.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including on-the-ground teams, leadership, and event organizers, providing timely updates and reporting on program progress.
