Twiss Kitchen AG, a premier Swiss restaurant chain, is inviting applications for the position of Barista and Plant Care Specialist. This distinctive role merges the craft of coffee making with the nurturing of our indoor plants, fostering a vibrant and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring each one meets our high standards of quality.
- Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness overall.
- Plant Care: Tend to our indoor plants by watering, pruning, and ensuring they receive adequate light. Monitor plant health and report any issues.
- All rounder: Selling nad taking care of the daily operation needed to run the shop completely independence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista , Retail assistannce.
- Knowledge: Retails and brewing methods and beverage preparation, along with a basic understanding of plant care.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
