Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief:
Job Title - Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist - hybrid working model
Working model - hybrid (more info during the recruitment process)
Team - You will join the People & Talent Acquisition team within the Corporate department.
Level - Professional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people)
Location - Chiasso, Switzerland
Contract - Permanent /full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be
You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of lastminute.com by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier technical talent.
You'll be responsible for attracting the brightest minds who will drive innovation and contribute to our company’s growth.
You’ll manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, and selecting to onboarding top-tier technical talent.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft detailed job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
You’ll ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and building strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.
You’ll work with other TA members for improving company recruiting processes.
Qualifications
Your expertise
2+ years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
Experience using Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with candidates and hiring managers alike.
English is our first language so we require a fluent knowledge of it
Desirable
Previous experience recruiting for a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
Spanish language is a plus
