Join our team as an Analytical Project Manager and help drive the success of innovative molecules from early-stage development to commercialization!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Analytical Leads to streamline processes and support product launches.
- Track actions and assist senior managers in achieving program objectives through effective project scheduling and coordination.
- Monitor project progress, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to senior management.
- Facilitate team meetings, identify improvements, and assist in risk management.
- Prepare shipment documentation and enhance project communications with stakeholders.

qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Experience in biotech or biopharmaceuticals, with a focus on analytical chemistry for new biological entities (NBEs & ADCs).
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience; PMO certification is a plus.
- Proficient in English, with intermediate skills in Italian and/or French.
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen to identify improvement opportunities.
