Under the regional label "natürli“ refines, distributes and markets the natürli zürioberland ag has been producing selected cheese specialties from small regional cheese dairies for over 30 years. We produce high-quality dairy products and cottage cheese in our own dairy in Saland in the Tösstal. The natürli Cheese products are available from numerous regional and national retailers, wholesalers and in our own 20 sales outletshumidoren. With over 180 employees, we are an important employer and economic factor in the Zurich Oberland region.

At our main location in Saland we are looking for a motivated

Head of Cheese Processing 80 - 100%

Your tasks:

• You portion and package various products and are responsible for the production of fondue and stuffed Brie
• You manage the cheese production technically and administratively and continuously improve processes
• You ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards (IFS, HACCP)
• As a member of the HACCP and Food Fraud team, you are responsible for important quality and safety standards to management
• You ensure smooth, timely production and monitor the budget

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training in the food industry and have professional and management experience
• You have in-depth knowledge of raw milk cheese and are familiar with the hygiene regulations in food production
• You have experience in production processes as well as in leading teams and projects and work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• You have a high level of assertiveness, organizational talent and good manners
• You have good PC user knowledge
