As a Industrial Program Manager you will be responsible for designing, piloting, and rolling out training programs that drive cultural transformation, operational excellence, and workforce capability building. You will ensure that our technical and non-technical staff (-1k FTEs) possess the necessary skills and competencies to meet the highest industry standards and customer requirements. Acting within a matrix organization, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and management to align training initiatives with business needs and objectives. This role reports to the Head of Industrial Training.

This role reports to the Head of Industrial Training.
Your tasks
- Design and execute new training strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Develop implementation roadmaps, success metrics, and oversee training program effectiveness
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget
- Lead pilot programs and assess readiness for broader rollout
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of training initiatives
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Drive cultural transformation towards self-directed teams and continuous learning
- Coach leaders and teams through transitions, addressing resistance and implementation challenges
- Develop and oversee structured onboarding processes and ensure timely execution of all training sessions
- Establish team structures, operating mechanisms, and performance management frameworks
- Develop standard operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance in training requirements
- Maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree; MBA or consulting experience is a plus
- Motivated, independent, and comfortable with ambiguities
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive transformation and engage teams
- Understanding of adult learning principles, capability development programs, and organizational transformation
- Ability to manage top-down communication and present to executives
- Experience in industrial goods, manufacturing, or aviation is highly desirable
- LEAN CI /Process Improvement/ Six Sigma/Kaizen facilitation / Agile coach experience beneficial
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
