Head Performance Improvement
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Review and define the business strategies in the relevant markets
- Setting proper financial targets on EBIT and ROCE
- Assess profitability of the units and markets and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adequate growth of the business and closely monitor the ROI of acquisitions as per business case
- Lead network optimization projects
- Conduct price-margin monitoring

Your qualification:
- 10+ years’ experience in the process manufacturing industry in leading core business positions such as Head of Manufacturing, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development
- Leadership experience in an international corporate environment with matrix-structures
- Strong track record in performance improvement projects in various functional areas such as manufacturing, sales, supply chain, etc.
- Track record in executing large projects in a complex organization across geographies, cultures, and technology areas
- Innovative and solution oriented
- Results-driven personality
- Ability to use informal structure, dynamics, and culture of an organization to get things done
- Business fluency in English, further language skills especially in German, French or Italian / Spanish will be an asset
The position will be located in the metropolitan area of Zurich, Switzerland and will require business travel of about 30%.
