The Sales Support team has the responsibility to develop and deploy strategies that increase sales performance and drive growth objectives through ensuring appropriate inventory resources are optimized throughout the US market. The team supports field sales management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency by applying advanced analytics. The team is the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order / purchase order management.
This Lead Specialist will act as player/coach providing guidance to key business partners and play an integral role in helping the Spine platform unlock their full potential. This role will manage a team, drive base business objectives, and support projects through effective leadership.
The role directly contributes to achieving sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Leadership at multiple levels.
Responsibilities:
- Leads others in achieving the goals and objectives of team
- Completes all required HR activities that pertain to a supervisor as required, including all aspects of performance management
- Provides effective mentorship and coaching to team members
- Uses high-level analytics and systems to support set requests, reallocation and deployment for New Product Introductions and competitive conversion activities
- Develops process and strategy for setting optimal account inventory levels, using sophisticated analytics and business expertise
- Deliver strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the network
- Coordinate NPI launches and new Set Deployments to Field Sales
- Development and support of Field Sales Systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end Sales Process
- Develop & Provide advanced Analytics and Insights to Sales Leadership
