As an Intern in the Product Development field for 6 months, you will be to be part of the Regional Innovation - Dairy / Plant-Based Dairy team, in the Flavours Division. You will create new Dairy & PB Dairy products and applying new flavours / profiles.
You will be part of a supportive, diverse and responsible team which is already curious to meet you.
This role is based in Kemptthal (Switzerland).
You will:
- Prepare flavoured food products for research projects, customer projects and internal presentations.
- Select flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regulatory, legislation, technical costs)
- Participate in evaluations of flavours in food applications for briefs, research projects and portfolio evaluations
- Manage flavour data and recipe documentation for food products
- Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
- Support tasting sessions and presentations to customers and visitors
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following safety policies
- Collect information from the markets and external sources and prepare data
You:
- Are in the process or have just recently completed a bachelor or master's degree in the field of food science
- Have great Interest in Consumer-end Food products and Technology and the passion for Food and Tasting new products
- Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good sense of organization
- Good Computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Team-focused work style
