Do you like to shape strategy in a dynamic market that changes people's lives? Do you work well independently and collaborate well across functions? We are seeking a diligent and proactive Pathway Strategy Specialist for our Haematologic department. This role will involve supporting the development of pathway strategies, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive critical initiatives.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop Haematologic Pathway Strategies- Collaborate with the haematologic team to define, refine, and implement pathway strategies that gain and retain pathway access for our groundbreaking treatments.
- Contribute to pathway development by aligning with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sources, including studies, health outcomes research, and market data.
- Develop insights to support decision-making and pathway optimization, ensuring data-driven strategies in hematology.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with various cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, compliance, regulatory, clinical operations, scientific affairs, and market access, to integrate pathway strategies into broader organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication, align on objectives, and ensure collaborative execution across departments.
