As a Pre-Sales Consultant in the Capital Markets domain, you’ll act as a strategic bridge between sales and offerings, helping to shape go-to-market plans and design innovative client solutions. You will support the business development lifecycle with compelling pre-sales content, industry insight, and a clear understanding of client needs. Your role is critical in translating offering capabilities into client value propositions.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a key link between the sales team and offering leads

Define offering roadmaps and contribute to go-to-market strategy

Translate client needs into tailored solutions leveraging Capital Markets offerings
-
Support RFP and proposal processes with high-quality, client-facing materials
-
Deliver client workshops and short consulting engagements during pre-sales

Represent DXC in key industry events and forums
-
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
-
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals
Must-Have Requirements
-
7–10+ years in Capital Markets, either in a consulting firm or at multiple financial institutions

Strategic thinker and hands-on doer
-
Proven ability to define value propositions, lead RFPs, and create client-facing material
-
Experience working directly with C-level and senior business/IT stakeholders

Regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFID, Basel, DORA)

Payments and digital assets
-
Fluency in English and German
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
-
Strong network within the Swiss banking ecosystem
-
Knowledge of front-office trading & risk systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso)

Understanding of post-trade and operations
-
Familiarity with market data and cloud architectures

Exposure to AI/ML in capital markets

Experience with application management / managed services
-
Fluency in French
