What exactly you will do here:
- Ongoing monitoring and assessing of assigned payment product portfolio, initialize and drive optimization.
- Constant monitoring and analyzing payment market-, customer-, and technological-development to identify potential risks and chances. Build relevant initiatives and lead them to success.
- Developing and leading of projects and initiatives to improve value proposition and performance to secure commercial success of assigned payment product portfolio.
- Designing and leading tactical and operational product related tasks and ensure an efficient and effective implementation and run.
- Consult, coordinate, and support internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the fulfilling of the product strategy and achieve the goals.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience and expertise in product management in cards
- Comprehensive knowledge of the value drivers of card programs and experienced in project and process management
- Excellent analytical skills, very good judgement, entrepreneurial as well as pragmatic thinking and acting.
- High level of competence in dealing with stakeholders and partners with different needs
- Proficient in English, German and French
