For our client, a global pharmaceutical company with offices in Solothurn, we are looking to hire a:
Jr. Talent Acquisition / HR Associate, Campus recruitment initiatives (Ref. 2475)
6-12 Month Contract with likelihood of extension
In this position you will be supporting Campus Recruitment initiatives for our client’s new intern program.

Your main tasks
- Create and maintain relationships with Universities and other academic institutions, acting as the main point of contact for all graduate-level positions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, using competency-based questions to screen candidates and generate shortlists.
- Responsible for managing evaluations as needed (psychometric tests, technical evaluations, etc.).
- Organize and coordinate events as needed, including career fairs and other internal and external events related to apprenticeships and campus recruitment.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining regular and transparent communication and timely feedback.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process management, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panel, collecting candidate documentation, etc.
- Update and maintain ATS Systems as needed.
- Support new hire onboarding in collaboration with HR and the relevant departments.
Your profile
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / HR, ideally managing apprenticeships or graduate programs, ideally with a demonstrated ability to strategically develop and implement talent initiatives.
- Fluent German and English required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds and show empathy.
- Well organized with good time and project management know-how.
- Experience working in a global corporate Environment would be an advantage.
- Dynamic personality that likes to drive projects independently to deliver good results.
