The Institutional Hedge Fund Solutions team is a team of 13 investment professionals who provide dedicated institutional grade hedge fund portfolio construction, advice and client servicing. The group currently services approximately 250 clients of JP Morgan Private Bank globally representing $10B in hedge fund investments. Members of the IHFS team are based in Geneva and New York and report to JP Morgan Alternative Asset Management. The Geneva based team services clients across Asia, EMEA and Latam.
As a Hedge Fund Investor Specialist within the Institutional Hedge Fund Solutions team at JP Morgan, you will be based in Geneva, reporting directly to the head of the team. You will have the opportunity to support the team and Senior Advisors throughout the portfolio lifecycle (construction, management, reporting) as well as client servicing.

Job responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Advisors with portfolio management and client servicing - both internal and external
- Assist the Senior Advisors in the production of investment proposals and client portfolio reviews
- Participate in the wider investment process
- Keep track of financials (i.e. flows, revenues…) for the team
- Oversee team Risk and Control processes and procedures to meet both internal and external requirements
- Process investment transactions in liaison with middle office teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years prior work experience
- Detailed-oriented and well organized
- Superior analytical skills; strong computer skills
- Understanding of Investments
- Strong commitment, integrity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Perfect English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Hedge fund knowledge a plus but not necessary.
