As a Senior Specialist - Operations Enablement, you are responsible for implementing and optimising our processes and systems that enable the operational flow of order and returns across our commercial channels. You will identify changes and resolve issues in line with operational objectives while balancing global consistency with regional specificities. In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization, you will drive the implementation of scalable solutions that address both consumer pain points and operational challenges. Our team’s success measures? On Time In Full (OTIF) fulfilment.
Your Mission
- Manage process and systems-focused projects from implementation to testing and delivery through to maintenance and support
- Support requirements gathering and backlog prioritisation, balancing incremental improvement and bug resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams, internal and external
- Develop global standards that are adaptable to regional needs
- Define, track and measure performance metrics across key systems and consumer value chains
- Identify improvement initiatives to establish efficient yet scalable systems and processes
