Our team at Oppenheim Architecture Basel is looking for a proactive Office Operations and Experience Coordinator who can keep our office running smoothly and create a welcoming environment for all employees. Oppenheim is located in Basel's Creative Hub - the Dreispitzareal, where you will join an international, creative team of around 45 people from over 23 nations. With fascinating projects around the globe, we offer a vibrant atmosphere driven by diversity and initiative.

What to Expect:
- Office Organization & Order: With your keen sense of order, you will keep our office in tip-top shape - From ordering supplies to implementing new structures, you’ll organize workflows that keep the space clean, organized, and visually appealing for everyone!
- Reception & Meetings: With your charming reception skills, our clients and guests will feel at home right away. You’ll take the lead in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and bringing structure by taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Administrative Assistance: You will lend a hand wherever needed, providing administrative support across various departments - whether it's answering phones, handling mail, or assisting with other administrative tasks.
- Creative Support: Do you have skills in Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop? Perfect! You can help in preparing content for our marketing assistant as needed.
- Travel Organization & Events: You will be the mastermind behind the travel coordination of our management and consultants. You ensure that our executives are well taken care of during their travels - down to the last detail! Additionally, you will organize our team events and happy hours.
Your Profile:
- Fluent English is no problem for you - our office language is English. German is a plus!
- You are flexible and comfortable in an international, dynamic environment.
- With your positive, vibrant demeanor, you create an inviting atmosphere, and as a true "go-getter," you approach tasks proactively and with enthusiasm.
- You are a genuine communication and organization talent, with strong writing skills and a love for independent work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Skills in InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop are a plus, but not required.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in office management or as an executive support, preferably within a creative or design-oriented industry.
