Senior UI/UX Designer

The Role - We're seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to transform our complex platform into an intuitive, self-service solution, while maintaining its powerful enterprise-grade capabilities. You'll create user-friendly interfaces that guide customers from basic implementation to advanced use cases as their needs and businesses evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand pain points in our current platform
• Design flow for new offerings, and redesign complex workflows into intuitive, self-service experiences;
• Create clear onboarding paths that allow customers to gradually discover advanced features
• Develop responsive designs that work across devices
• Collaborate with developers to implement solutions
• Create design systems and patterns for consistent user experiences
• Test designs with users and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with enterprise software / SaaS platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating experience simplifying complex user flows
• Strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience designing progressive disclosure interfaces (showing basic functions first, revealing complexity as needed)
