Your Profile
- Completed professional training as a chef
- Experience in sushi and sashimi preparation
- Strong interest in Japanese culture and cuisine
- Passion for working with fresh products
- Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Enthusiastic about the profession with a commitment to excellence
- Interest in luxury hospitality and achieving excellence in all areas
- Excellent English skills; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring exceptional service and embodying the values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
- Contributing to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Taking responsibility for the smooth operations within your area and maintaining the highest quality standards
- Implementing the modern Japanese restaurant concept
- Supporting the Sushi Master in the preparation of sushi and sashimi, also in the guest area/show kitchen
- Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Implementing hotel-specific quality standards, quality management, as well as the specifications of the Executive Chef and Sushi Master
- Complying with hygiene regulations (control and execution)
- Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen station
- Taking responsibility for the proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils
- Performing all preparation and post-service tasks for optimal kitchen workflow, including cleaning the workspace after each service
