Senior Finance Business Analyst - PeopleSoft

Missions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements related to Finance product enhancements and initiatives. 

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications to support solutions design and implementation, in alignment with best practices and organizational goals. 

• Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy Finance solutions. 

• Act as a subject matter expert on Finance capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product team.

Profile:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional consultant with a focus on finance and accounting processes. 

• Proven track record of successful financials systems implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment. 

• Advanced functional knowledge of at least 2 of the following PeopleSoft modules: 

  • General Ledger 

  • Accounts Receivable 

  • Lease Administration

  • Project Costing 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions / UX design concepts.

• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage. 

• Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making from a UX perspective.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks a strong asset. 

• Working experience in a SAFe / Agile environment a strong asset.
