As part of an international recruitment team operating across Switzerland, Germany and Serbia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth by primarily recruiting for the Product Development (Software Engineering) department, and providing recruitment support for other departments (such as People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Customer Service) as needed. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to ensure that each department's unique hiring needs are met by active sourcing, talent mapping and leveraging platforms and tools to streamline recruitment.

Your responsibilities
- Actively participate in the Product Development Recruitment meetings, driving recruitment initiatives, collaborating on strategies, and supporting the team to meet the recruitment goals of the department
- Support recruitment efforts across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless process and a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract high-quality and diverse candidates
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with role requirements as needed
- Utilize your understanding of the market to identify talent for technical and non-technical roles
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes based on data and experience
- Represent the company's culture and values when serving as first point of contact to candidates
- Actively contribute to achieving team goals and aligning with the company's vision
Your skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing technical roles such as software engineering, product management, and UX/UI design
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Solid knowledge of the tech industry, as well as an understanding of key trends, competitor movements, and the tech talent landscape
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and candidates
- Proactive approach to building talent pipelines and new ways to improve and optimize recruitment processes
- You thrive in a challenging environment and can adjust strategies to meet shifting organizational needs
- You are innovative, using creativity to solve problems and drive growth within recruitment
