IHRE AUFGABEN

•  Identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements

•  Subject matter expert in the areas of output management, physical and electronic archives as well as incoming and outgoing mail. Long-term goal is to set up a central contact point for Business, Operations and IT

• Promoting changes in the ECM field in line with business requirements

• Coordinating the «Enterprise Content Management» business processes with IT and Operations

• Step-by-step implementation of use cases with front office, IT and Operations on the basis of the global vision

YOUR PROFILE

• Tech degree or equivalent qualification

• At least two years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the ECM sector

• Excellent knowledge of data structure conception and management, interfaces and technical process management

• A high level of motivation and willingness to get involved

• Conceptual leadership on the topic

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English

• Experience in end-to-end output management, both business and IT sides, is an advantage
