Overview: Zentiva is a leading pharmaceutical/biotech company committed to improving global health. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Medical Advisor to join our team.
Place of work according to later agreement; within the EU.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic medical input for specific therapeutic areas, including marketed products and compounds in late-phase development.
- Design or obtain clinical trial protocols and support clinical trials for products with rapid growth potential.
- Transmit scientific knowledge about our products externally in a fair and balanced manner.
- Coordinate responses to complaints from regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Translate scientific data into actionable insights for business and therapy area strategy.
- Provide therapeutic area training and share expertise within the organization.
- Stay updated on medical developments and contribute to scientific advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize our product portfolio. Your insights will directly impact our strategic direction and growth trajectory
Requirements:
- EU Medical Degree
- More than 5 years of successful experience in the Pharmaceutical environment with a proven prior experience at large country and or regional level in Medical Affairs
- Depth of knowledge and experience in clinical strategy development, trial methods and operations
- Developed analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and market knowledge is required. Must possess a thorough understanding of the global markets, competitive landscape, customers and other stakeholders
- Leadership Capability. Able to achieve organizational focus on key priorities; delegates and effectively builds talent within an organization through guidance and mentorship
- Innovative thinking, good judgment and sense of ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with key opinion leaders and the medical/scientific communities at large
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact with all levels within the organization and to deal with key opinion leaders and the medical/scientific communities at large
- English: fluent spoken and written, another European language (French, German) will be a plus
