You will become part of the middle office team and support the Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure departments in the day-to-day business.
Primary responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the fund’s operational processes, including cash monitoring and reporting
- Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, quarterly account statements and NAV packs
- Coordinate controlling activities with external providers and ensure timely communication of fund financial information
- Participate in the review of annual accounts, direct and indirect tax returns
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Participate in the calculation of management fees and the review of asset performance
- Handle KYC/AML requirements for investor onboarding and manage their ad-hoc requests
- Contribute to financial control, projections, and benchmarking activities
- Develop small reports and support to the preparation of IRP management
Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- You possess strong proficiency in Excel and a keen intellect for complex structures and KPIs
- You are flexible with a strong sense of priorities
- You have an excellent ability to solve problems, analyse situations and propose solutions
- You are highly organised, able to work under pressure and are self-motivated
- You have a good command of French and English, and ideally German
- You are a team player and can also work independently, structured and goal-oriented
- Your profile is rounded off by a strong service orientation
