To strengthen the Innovation department starting at the Solothurn and moving later to the Burgdorf site, we are looking for an organisationally strong and structured personality as

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Support the team in analyzing real-world data from diabetes care
• Develop and apply suitable methods for pattern recognition and analysis
• Visualize and interpret analysis results
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize analysis approaches
• Document findings and prepare reports
• Participate in projects and assist with daily operations

Your profile

• Enrolled in a university program (HF, FH, Uni), preferably in a technical, scientific, or medical field
• Solid knowledge of data analysis and visualization (e.g., Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, NumPy)
• Familiarity with statistical methods and preferably some experience with machine learning
• Analytical mindset with a structured and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn and quick comprehension skills
