Our client is a boutique financial institution located in the heart of Zurich, dedicated to providing personalized banking services. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team in Zurich.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager seeking to utilize their experience to truly add value to our client's firm. You will be working alongside very experienced Relationship Managers, focusing on the Swiss and the European market. You will have a great chance to support the firm at many different levels, as such previous experience in smaller environments is preferred.
About the job:
- Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of tailored financial strategies to meet client needs.
- Prepare detailed client reports, presentations, and financial analysis.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and suggest improvements or changes in strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
About the candidate:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a small bank environment.
- Proven track record of supporting relationship management and client servicing.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in German and English. Any other language is a plus.
