Are you about to complete your master’s degree or have recently graduated? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines passion for wealth management, ambition, and excellence?
Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team
Join the Markets division and become part of the Execution Services Team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the execution order flow in both primary and secondary markets, supporting our global Wealth Management units. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial markets by exploring the various asset classes, including Equities, Exchange traded Funds, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, Structured Products and Mutual Funds. You will learn how these products are traded on official exchanges and platforms, giving you a unique perspective on the financial ecosystem.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Gain a through understanding of the trade lifecycle, from the customer order receipt to the final settlement and contract note issuance

Deliver high-quality trade execution of wealth management order flow for fixed income and structured products (rotation 1) and listed products (rotation 3) by best execution standards

Continuously improve and refine automation of our order flow processes

Foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Ensure adherence to international rules and regulations, internal policies, and directives, maintaining high standards of compliance

Deliver exceptional service experience to all clients as well as a deep understanding of their needs and expectations

Contribute innovative ideas and insights to dive development of our trading environment
YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Banking and Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience for financial markets & instruments

Passion for the global pulse of trading markets and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Ability to work under a stressful environment/situation, with the necessary flexible time schedules

Proactive, integer and reliable team player

Fluency in English and German with additional languages being a plus
