What you do:
- Development of new design solutions for aircraft landing gear, including system integration, in cooperation with specialists from various departments
- Modelling of 3D parts and assemblies
- Creation of drawings for manufacturing and installation
- Autonomous leadership of minor design projects and sub-projects as part of concept and feasibility studies
- Design to manufacturing and costs
What you bring:
- BSc or MSc degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in the field of aerospace, younger profile, with similar background, might also be considered
- Sound knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting
- Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as an advantage
- Previous experience on Landing Gear and associated system design would be a strong advantage, as well Knowledge of kinematic associated to mechanism design
- English language skills on level C1, knowledge of Italian or German would be an advantage
