We boast a worldwide network of agri-focused offices and laboratories, anchored by our twelve specialized product lines.
For our location in Geneva we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d/x).
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Inspections and Testing operations for clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of exceptional service.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine inspection planning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all Simple survey related operational queries and concerns.
- Prepare and/or issue reports for both internal and client review.
- Undertake billing of customers when required.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience in similar role
- Demonstrable industry experience preferably within Agricultural background in multi-national environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Spanish and French, other languages are a plus
- Organised and analytical, commercial savvy, strong negotiation skill, contractual awareness
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and pressure
- Comfortable to work Multi-tasks environment
- Interest for technically-oriented business world
- Comfortable with IT tools (CRM, PPT, Excel…)
