We are currently recruiting for a Penetration Test Coordinator role for our client, a well-known bank in Zürich, Switzerland.
This is a contractor role, employment through Swisslinx AG, with an initial contract of 12 months, option for extension
Place of work: 3 days per week in the office at our client in Zürich, Switzerland, 2 days per week WFH possible
Your tasks:
* Plan and coordinate security reviews such as Penetration Tests and BugBounty activities from start to finish
* Manage resources and capacity of external penetration testers
* Interact with internal application responsibles and external penetration test companies to ensure that security reviews are completed on time
* Moderate meetings and ensure that decisions are captured accurately and transparently
* Track the remediation of identified pentest findings throughout their entire lifecycle
* Ensure data quality of the pentest process and findings and conduct regular reporting
* Work with stakeholders to continuously improve the process and tooling for pentest coordination
Your Profile:
Must have:
* Experience in a similiar coordinator role
* Experience with overseeing (testing) activities from start to finish, resource allocation, scheduling activities and meetings, and vendor management etc.
* Excellent planning and coordination skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent spoken and written German and English
Nice to have:
* trainings/exams completed in the area of IT project management, such as CSM, CMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
* Certifications in the field of IT Security domain such as CISSP or OSCP are of advantage
