The position “Intern in Swiss WorldCargo Joint Venture Management and CRM” supports the development of holistic solutions in the Joint Venture environment.

• Performing research and analytics for Joint Venture business processes, opportunities and reporting
• Support in daily CRM activities and projects
• Monitor shipment progress and handle exceptions during transportation
• Support Joint Venture and CRM Team in daily business

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) Education in engineering / industrial engineering or business administration, marketing or comparable.
• Structured and analytical person with high conceptual skills
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
