To develop Numab's innovative proprietary therapeutic pipeline we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual for a role as Research Associate within our Formulation and Analytics team.

You will be responsible for the biophysical characterization and stability investigations of our multispecific antibody-derived therapeutic proteins by applying methods from a variety of disciplines. You will be responsible for the biophysical characterization and stability investigations of our multispecific antibody-derived therapeutic proteins by applying methods from a variety of disciplines. Your Responsibilities:
- Biophysical characterization and stability studies of antibody-derived proteins
- Generation of high-quality data in biophysical and analytical assays to support Numab's discovery and development projects
- Critical review and interpretation of data to support the generation of developability profiles or lead formulation development
- Contribution to technology development projects and continuous improvement of processes (e.g. data analysis and automation)
- Planning, execution, analysis and presentation of experiments within team meetings and company presentations
- Work closely with team members to outline next steps and help to drive the projects to completion
- General organization of the laboratories, evaluation and acquisition of equipment and consumables
- Completed apprenticeship as laboratory technician with several years of experience or a higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences, preferably with industry experience in recombinant protein/antibody characterization and analytics
- Experience in stability indicating biophysical assays (e.g. self-association, hydrophobicy)
- Professional experience in analytical methods (e.g. SE-HPLC, CEX-HPLC, cGE)
- Experience in lab automation is a plus
- Good understanding of protein biochemistry
- Initiative, problem solving skills, self-motivation and curiosity
- Highly accurate and team-oriented working style paired with a high sense of quality
