THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Payments (40% of working time)
- Review and approval of payment runs and manual payment requests in collaboration with FIFA Compliance and internal and external policies and regulations.
- Daily liquidity and cash management activities (20% of working time):
- Checking of bank account balances
- Preparation of account transfers
- Daily calculation and settlement of margin calls on open currency derivatives
- Settlement of expired investments and currency derivatives
- Capture new investments and FX positions.
- Other task (30% of working time)
- Administration of Treasury Management System:
- Set up new user and bank relationship
- Maintain the accounting rules
- Troubleshooting in case of errors
- Support month-end closing for all treasury related processes:
- ERP reconciliation (SAP)
- Preparation of the internal reports
- General support in administration matters (10% of working time)

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Proven track record of 1-3 years in a finance environment
- Experience in treasury/cash management and treasury accounting is an advantage
- Affinity with IT systems (e.g. MS Office, SAP FI and others)
- Team player across functions and locations
- Keen sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- High degree of initiative
- Attention to detail
- Act with discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to learn quickly
