Process Analyst - Front Office

Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) is looking to accelerate its digital innovation by launching three domains dedicated to growing its digital products: Investment, Client Experience and Front Office.

Reporting to the COO of PWM, the Front Office domain envisions empowering our bankers with a unified IT ecosystem that streamlines processes, harnesses data insights and revolutionizes client engagement. The domain aims to deliver a comprehensive solution that not only enhances our bankers’ efficiency by freeing up time to concentrate on core activities but also transforms client relationships, setting new standards for client satisfaction.
 

Your role

Reporting to the Front Office Head of Digital product, you will act as an expert for your Domain’s business users and business processes to identify gaps and pain points. You will also be monitoring how the products contribute to improve them, providing Product Owners with the data and feedback they need to make the most informed decisions.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
•    Review and document high-level end-to-end business processes and identify current pain points as well as expected productivity gains. Provide information and feedback to the Head of Product and Product Owners on product strategy.
•    Map user journeys and facilitate user research activities (schedule, conduct and document interviews).
•    Manage business participation in UAT and in collaboration with a Business Analyst, write test cases to validate changes in business processes.
•    Define the change management approach for each major release in production.
•    Measure and communicate various data: performance of product new features, progress on product strategic KPIs, realized productivity gains on business processes, user feedback.
•    Facilitate direct communication between users and product squads, helping them to better understand users and business processes.
 

Your profile

• Advanced professional technical degree (HES/EPF), or qualification deemed equivalent.


• At least five years’ experience in finance and in particular private banking.


• At least three years’ experience in business process management.


• Knowledge and practice of user research activities is an advantage.


• Experience in data analytics is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Very good analytical skills.


• Fluent French, good written and spoken English.


• Must be a resident in Switzerland.
