Senior Specialist - Business Capability Owner

The global Business Transformation team is looking for a Business Capability Owner to join theOperations Business Capability Management team at the On labs in Zurich. We are excited tooffer this role to a driven team player with exceptional problem-solving skills and the mindset toleverage existing processes and to bring new initiatives to life.

You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, but thoughtfully as you takeresponsibility for owning and bringing processes and Technology to the next level by leveragingthe Capability Maturity Model (CMM) in order to establish superior operational performance. Withyour proven ability of developing long term visions as well as project management, businessanalysis and technical skill set, along with your deep knowledge of supply chain management(preferably demand and supply planning), you will contribute to major transformation projects,offering great opportunities for growth in your position!

Your Mission

• Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the business capability of demand to supply valuestream, aligned with organizational goals

• Leverage the CMM (Capability Maturity Model) as a key framework to assess the currentstate of the business capability and define steps for progression

• Partner with our Technology team to implement and align technology solutions withoperational needs

• Transform the operations business capability landscape by leading process and systemoptimisation initiatives from requirements gathering throughout implementation andstabilization

• Act as the single point of contact for a given business capability across the organization

• Analyze complex problems and manage their resolution within the On team as well aswith external partners
