Job Purpose
Oversee global learning and development program for Celerion Early Clinical Research team. Liaison with Operational Management to provide onboarding program for key operational roles and development opportunities across Celerion clinical sites. Oversee documentation of clinical conduct procedures to enhance and standardize ECR processes.
Essential Functions:

- Develop, implement and maintain onboarding curriculum for key operational positions within Celerion, Early Clinical Research.
- Development of operational KPIs for study success.
- Interface with Clinical Management team to provide metric support and tracking for site accountability.
- Develop and manage implementation plan and training materials for key operational teams within Early Clinical Research.
- Create training materials and resource library for key operational roles to support new employee onboarding.
- Implement training standards in conjunction with operational management teams to provide ongoing training support and learning opportunities for ECR employees.
- Continual improvement of professional and technical training programs to support key operational functions.
- Train and educate users on system functionality and/or process requirements.
- Leverage Celerion operating systems to support learning development and training materials.
- Provide SME support for Celerion Data Collection procedures to operational site teams.
- Support study specific training activities as necessary.
- Plans, manages, and coordinates multiple assigned functional projects simultaneously, ensuring that stated goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames.
- Coordinates, plans and facilitates meetings with project teams and coordinates the interaction with other departments using proven tools and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced scientific degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in clinical research
- Clinical conduct experience preferred
- Ability to build client relationships
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Access and Augeo
- Previous management/ supervisory experience required
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities
