Enterprise Agile Coach (f/m/d)

Axpo’s Digital Pods are leading the digital transformation to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you'll champion agile practices, foster collaboration, and drive innovation, playing a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and customer experiences.

What you will do:

• Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Digital Pods, fostering a collaborative and adaptive culture.


• Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and organizational leaders.


• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, problem-solving sessions, and conflict resolution processes.


• Design and deliver training workshops, conducting gap analyses to prioritize development needs.


• Support scaling Agile practices across teams and departments, documenting best practices and tailoring frameworks.


• Define and track KPIs to align Agile practices with Axpo’s digital strategy.


• Promote continuous learning and participate in Communities of Practice to enhance collaboration.

What you bring & who you are:

• Proven experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Chief Scrum Master.


• Strong understanding of organizational agility and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or unFIX.


• Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Atlassian Jira.


• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Agile training programs, with a trainer license (e.g., SPC, PST) preferred.


• Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.


• Fluent in English and German, with Spanish as a plus.
