To develop Numab's innovative proprietary therapeutic pipeline we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual for a role as Research Technician/Associate within our DSP team.

In this multi-faceted position, you will contribute to driving Numab's projects towards development and the clinical stages and be responsible for manufacturing our multi-specific antibody-derived therapeutics.
Your Responsibilities:
Specialize in chromatography - including affinity, SEC, and IEX
Optimize process steps to enhance yield, purity, and robustness
Support process transfer and scale-up to Contract Development and Manufacturing
Organizations (CDMO)
Perform cell culture operations at various scales
Generate high-quality data to drive Numab's discovery and development projects
Contribute to technology development and continuous process improvement
Plan, execute, analyze, and present experiments in team meetings and company-wide presentations
Collaborate closely with team members to outline next steps and drive projects to success
Ideal candidates will have:
Completed apprenticeship as laboratory technician with several years of experience or a higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences, preferably with industry experience in the recombinant manufacturing and development of protein therapeutics
Proven hands-on experience with ÄKTA purification systems and UNICORN software
Hands-on attitude and passion for lab work is a must
Accurate and team-oriented work style as well as a high sense of quality
Ability to work on diverse challenges independently
Refined computer user skills (Windows, MS Office) and communication skills
Applicants holding a PhD cannot be considered for this position
