Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Pictet Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

Your role
You will work closely with another HR Project Manager primarily focused on the EDGE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification process (a leading global standard for DEI).
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the development and implementation of project timelines and milestones.
• Facilitating meetings to gather input and feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Conducting research and analysis of inputs / data ensuring compliance with procedures and defined project standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project.
• Coordinating, tracking, and preparing related communications to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Preparing required presentations and documentation for various meetings and updates.
• Monitoring the project’s progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably within an HR context.
• Experience with DEI projects and EDGE certification process is a plus.
• Fluent English a must; French would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial flair.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
